Environmental Exit Assessments
ESE provides Environmental Exit Assessments for oil and gas, commercial and manufacturing clients as they are preparing to end of their lease term. The purpose of an Environmental Exit Assessment is to identify any potential environmental liabilities prior to the exit of a lease agreement. As part of the process, ESE conducts interviews of pertinent on-site personnel and site visits to review process and waste management strategies. ESE recommends that an Environmental Exit Assessment be conducted prior to the exit of a lease to allow for time to mitigate any environmental liabilities identified.
