Patrick Kainer is the Manager of ESE’s Central Texas Region and a Natural Resources Project Manager. He has over 13 years of environmental consulting experience and 5 years of regulatory experience at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). After receiving a degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences from Texas A&M University, he worked as an environmental consultant for 8 years, providing environmental site assessment, ecological, and pipeline inspection services. He transitioned to the TCEQ and served as a Remediation Project Manager and Manager of the Municipal Setting Designation program. He rejoined the private sector again 8 years ago and joined ESE in September 2017. His primary technical experience is in the areas of environmental due diligence, remediation, and ecology.
