In this role, you’ll:
✅ Conduct on-site evaluations of commercial, industrial, and multi-family properties
✅ Prepare detailed Property Condition Reports (PCRs) in line with ASTM E2018 standards
✅ Provide cost estimates, manage project schedules, and liaise with clients
✅ Collaborate with environmental professionals and specialists across disciplines
🔍 What we’re looking for:
🎓 Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
🧰 3–7 years of PCA experience
📋 Deep knowledge of ASTM E2018 and building systems
💬 Strong communication and analytical skills
🚗 Valid driver’s license + willingness to travel
