Lead Dust Cleaning Protocol for Manufacturing Operations
ESE Partners developed a lead dust cleaning protocol for a Texas manufacturing facility where employees regularly handle lead materials as part of daily operations. Following an industrial hygiene assessment, our team translated site-specific findings into a practical, operations-ready program that integrates housekeeping, waste management, and employee training. By establishing standardized cleaning procedures, clear work practices, and ongoing verification methods, ESE helped reduce the potential for lead exposure, prevent contamination beyond work areas, and strengthen long-term compliance with OSHA requirements.
Asbestos-Impacted Soil Excavation and Air Monitoring Closeout
ESE Partners supported a public infrastructure improvement project in Southeast Texas by providing asbestos consulting and air monitoring during the excavation and disposal of impacted soils. Our team coordinated closely with contractors in the field, conducting real-time air monitoring and overseeing abatement activities to help maintain safe working conditions and regulatory compliance. Through proactive oversight and clear documentation, ESE helped the project progress efficiently while minimizing risk and supporting a smooth closeout process.

Property Condition Assessment of Historic Hotel
ESE recently completed a Property Condition Assessment (PCA) of a historic hotel which was originally constructed in 1923. The structure was significantly renovated and updated in the early 1990s as part of a residential loft conversion. At the time of the property assessment, the former hotel structure consisted of eleven (11) stories, 72 residential units and common areas with street level retail. The first-floor street level retail includes two (2) restaurant/retail commercial spaces.
