Project Scope
ESE prepared a City of Austin Environmental Resources Inventory (ERI) to fulfill City of Austin requirements and support the project’s planning and development for regional airport parking. The ERI is focused on identification of critical environmental features and water quality zones at the property.
Key Challenges
Although no Critical Environmental Features (CEF) were found, stream features were identified and assessed as possible waters of the U.S.
Outcomes/Results
No CEFs were identified that required setbacks within the property. ESE provided permitting strategy for potential waters of the U.S. within the property.
