ESE recently conducted due diligence reviews and corrective actions services for a proposed large-scale solar installation in South Texas. A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and Phase II ESA were performed which the presence of total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH) in the soil was identified. After subsequent remediation activities by the property owner’s lessee, ESE confirmed through post excavation sampling that all TPH levels were effectively and successfully removed from the property. ESE is providing periodic updates to the Phase I ESA to provide current reports for the purposes of project financing.
