Over 5 years of experience in the environmental industry, partaking in residential, commercial, and industrial-level projects. These projects have been performed for private clients, municipalities, owners, brokers, general contractors, as well as city and state work. His primary role is to assist clients as a project manager and business unit leader to accomplish their Industrial Hygiene pursuits including asbestos, lead, and mold inspections, as well as provide professional oversight of remediation and abatement projects. Additional experience includes conducting environmental site walks for Phase I ESA’s, performing various environmental sampling practices (soil, groundwater, air), oversight of demolition activities, and performance of Property Condition Assessments (PCAs).
